Irelys Perez Guerra

With over 15 years of academic experience, she has dedicated a significant part of her career to teaching at the University and to the field of Development. Holding a bachelor’s degree in History and a master’s degree in International Relations, she has served for many years as Director of Development and Marketing at Perez Engineering Consulting Services LTD. Through these roles, she has strengthened her skills in strategic planning, project management, and community engagement, always working towards sustainability and responsive development.
